Who are we?

One of this school’s key strengths is the well supported Parent & Teacher Association.  By having children at the school you are automatically a member of the PTFA.

Our committee is made up of parent and carer volunteers whose primary aim is to raise money for our children's school.  We also hold social events for pupils and/ or parents throughout the year.

As the school budget becomes increasingly restricted our fundraising efforts become more essential, not just for the extras, but also for everyday school equipment.

Parents, carers and family members are all welcomed here at Isleham, and becoming an active PTFA member is one of the many  ways that you can support your child’s education.

The PTFA meets regularly each term and meetings are open to anyone with an interest in the school – you don’t need to be committee member or helper to attend meetings.

How do we raise money?

The PTFA organise a number of events throughout the year:

  • Family swim sessions
  • Summer Concert
  • Cake sales

We also organise the end of year disco.

For more information please contact the school office (01638 780336) or email office@isleham.cambs.sch.uk

How can I help?

We really appreciate any support you are able to give. New faces and new ideas are especially welcome.  Joining the committee is a good way to meet other parents whilst organising events.

If you are not able to join the committee you can join our helpers list.  As part of the helpers list you get an e-mail of what events are happening, you can choose which if any you are able to help with.

Please complete the sign-up form below if you would like to get involved this year.

Of course, you can also support our events by just attending and contributing to the fundraising.

For more information please contact the school office so that you can be put in touch with the current committee members

Committee members for 2024-2025.

This year’s committee members are:
Tina James (Chair),
Emma Lloyd (Secretary)

We are also looking for a new treasurer to support us in running the charity.  Please contact us if you have time to spare to help with the accounts.

Parents and carers are welcome to contact the committee at islehampta@gmail.com or via office@isleham.cambs.sch.uk
